How soon can you typically schedule an inspection?
An inspection can usually be scheduled within one to five days.

How long will the inspection take? A typical inspection of a 2400 square foot house will take roughly 3 hours.

Are you insured? Yes, I do carry insurance as required by the Arkansas State Board.




Are you properly licensed? Yes.

How much will the inspection cost? The inspection fees vary slightly depending on the size and age of the
house. Most homes of standard size(1500 - 2500 sq.ft.) are $275 - $450. Call me at 501-206-1839 for a

What will the inspection report include? A full inspection covers the Site/Grounds, Exterior, Structural
Components, Foundation, Roof, Attic, Insulation, Ventilation, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating/AC, Garage,
Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Interior.





How soon is the report available? Usually within 24 hours.

Institute. This is the largest and most thorough training school for home inspectors. I've also received training
from ABC Home Inspection Institute, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the
Infraspection Institute.
